American Heart Association

Seconds count, especially when someone’s life is on the line. JST Events partnered with the AHA for a 31-stop tour to help educate members of the public on key aspects of CPR. Visiting colleges, businesses, high-traffic areas, fairs, and other events, we taught up to 5 hands-only CPR classes per day, with upwards of 30 attendees per session. Attendees even received a hands-only CPR kit with inflatable mannequin to bring home and teach others.

Ride-and-Drive Event

JST Events hired all event staff to help train more than 14,000 dealers across the country. Our team handled all key logistics, from design and buildout of off-road and display props to providing all equipment and coordinating permits, catering, site contracts, and insurance.

NFL Experience

When it comes to professional sports, it doesn’t get any bigger than the Super Bowl. True to our mission as a full-service provider, JST Events managed the entire buildout for the 2020 NFL Experience display for Super Bowl LIV.  More than 25,000 fan activations per day over a 7-day span generated maximum public exposure, and our team handled security and crowd control for autograph signing, not to mention vehicle detailing and site clean-up.

In-Dealership Training

Talk about logistical complexities: This event entailed 28 teams visiting 583 dealers to train more than 30,000 dealer staff in the U.S. What’s more, JST Events was responsible for renting 56 competitive vehicles to ensure dealers knew key advantage stories, and our team even hired the logistical producers, managed vehicle maintenance, and purchased all event supplies.
